Dispatch Times

  • All orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of receiving your payment.

  • Our products are locally warehoused to ensure there are no unnecessary delays for customers.

  • Occasional delays may occur, especially during peak periods or due to public holidays. We will notify you via email if your order is delayed.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

  • We use Australia Post for all domestic deliveries.

  • Standard Parcel Post: Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days after dispatch.

  • Express Post: Estimated delivery within 2–3 business days after dispatch.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

International Shipping

  • We use Australia Post for all international deliveries.

  • Delivery times vary by destination but generally range from 7–21 business days.

  • International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of your order.

  • Please note that customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply in your country. These are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your parcel's journey.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.

Packaging

  • All products are thoughtfully gift wrapped by default to ensure your parcel feels special, whether it is a gift for yourself or someone else.
